HOUSTON, Dec. 26, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Stellus Private Credit BDC (“the Company”) announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a dividend of $0.50 for the fourth quarter of 2023. The regular dividend of $0.50 per share will be paid on January 5, 2024 to shareholders of record on December 29, 2023.
