Bringing the sport of pickleball to Frederick County
FREDERICK, Md., April 26, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Ruppert Properties is thrilled to announce a new lease with Dill Dinkers Pickleball Club for 18,400 SF at 3950 Dartmouth Court, located in Frederick, Maryland. Dill Dinkers is a dedicated indoor pickleball facility, serving players of all levels.

Upon the completion of the fit out, the facility is expected to open in late summer 2024. 11,800 SF with four drive-in bays remains available for lease at the building.
