NextUp Board of Directors adds three new executives: Leaders from General Mills, Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Microsoft join board

NextUp has named three new members to its board of directors effective 2023. Joining the NextUp Board of Directors are Sarah Dodd, SVP Global Merchandising, Lowe’s Companies, Inc.; Sri Rajagopalan, Chief Customer Officer, General Mills; and Libby Saylor Wright, COO US Retail & Consumer Goods, Microsoft.

CHICAGO, May 22, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — NextUp has named three new members to its board of directors effective 2023. Joining the NextUp Board of Directors are Sarah Dodd, SVP Global Merchandising, Lowe’s Companies, Inc.; Sri Rajagopalan, Chief Customer Officer, General Mills; and Libby Saylor Wright, COO US Retail & Consumer Goods, Microsoft.

The 2023 NextUp board committee chairs will be: Audit Chair Christina Bieniek, Chief Commercial Officer, Deloitte Consulting, LLP; Strategic Value Co-Chair Dagmar Boggs; Regional Advisory Chair Marla Daudelin, SVP, Sales, PepsiCo; Finance Chair Beth Marrion; Strategic Value Co-Chair Melody Richard; Compensation Chair Mike Theilmann, EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, Albertsons Companies; and Governance Chair Monica Turner.

In addition to the three Directors joining the board in 2023, NextUp’s 2022 Directors-At-Large will be: Chau Banks, SVP, Chief Information and Enterprise Analytics Officer, The Clorox Company; Wendy Davidson, President, CEO, and Board Director, The Hain Celestial Group; Veronica Fernandez, Senior Vice President, Regional Head – North America Business Solutions, Visa Inc.; Tonya Herring, Senior Vice President, Omnichannel Development, Peapod Digital Labs; Valerie Jabbar, Senior Vice President of Retail Divisions, The Kroger Company; Diana Marshall, Executive Vice President, Operations – Southwest Business Unit Leader, Walmart U.S.; Andi Marston, SVP, Corporate and Global Human Resources, Target; Mike Theilmann; and Libby Wright, Chief of Staff, Operations Leader, Microsoft.

NextUp board members completing their terms are Al Dominguez, formerly of Kimberly-Clark, now President, Global Walmart & Sam’s Club President, Global Walmart & Sam’s Club, The Coca-Cola Company; Chris Skyers, formerly of Wakefern, now EVP, Market Performance Group; Jennifer Wilson, SVP Enterprise and Brand Marketing, Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
