A groundbreaking agreement between BOMA International and BOMA Canada brings BOMA BEST, a building certification program that originated in Canada, to the US marketplace targeting a wider base of buildings.

In fact, buildings which begin their certification journey at a lower threshold can continue to use key features of the BOMA BEST hub to plan investments and innovations and, thereby, ascend to a higher threshold.
BOMA BEST was created in 2005, and the latest version, BOMA BEST 4.0 has two programs currently, with a third on the way.
