Minister of Foreign Affairs Mélanie Joly, Minister of Transport Omar Alghabra, High Commissioner for Canada in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Honourable Ralph Goodale, and Minister of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Sean Fraser will also be in attendance.
