MONTRÉAL, Feb. 16, 2023 /CNW/ – The Minister of Transport, the Honourable Omar Alghabra, the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Quebec Lieutenant, the Honourable Pablo Rodriguez, and the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Transport, Annie Koutrakis, will make an announcement on the next steps in the High Frequency Rail project.
