Kristy Wallace said “During my eight plus years at the helm of Ellevate Network, I learned many valuable lessons about creating a culture of collaboration, innovating for the future, leading through change, and vulnerability in leadership.” She continues, “as I learned these lessons, I was never alone. I can’t express the deep and profound impact of the Ellevate community on my life, my career, and my future. I will forever lean into this community for I’ve seen first hand that we never succeed on our own.”

Kristy continued, “as I now move on to my next endeavor, I know that Maricella is poised to move into the CEO role and lead Ellevate towards the future.”
