The Houston Business Journal honors Roth Staffing as one of the Best Places to Work in Houston in the small category.
ORANGE, Calif., Nov. 2, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Roth Staffing Companies was named on the Houston Business Journal’s list of the Best Places to Work in the greater Houston area. Roth Staffing is one of 108 companies named “the best of the best” in Houston. The Houston Business Journal has named these companies finalists based on employees’ surveys.
The annual Best Places to Work awards unveiled the rankings of the top workplaces at an in-person event on October 28, held at the Marriot Marquis Houston. Attendees were encouraged to put on their best 80’s prom attire and the countdown of the top workplaces even included the best-dressed prom king and queen. The Best Places to Work Lists and a special section will appear in the publication’s November 4 weekly edition, available to their print and digital subscribers.

Employees of nominated companies with at least 10 employees in Houston were surveyed by Nebraska-based Quantum Workplace. All employees were given the opportunity to take a confidential survey online, and Quantum issued each company a score based on employees’ answers. Employees evaluated their companies in areas such as goals and leadership, communication and support, advancement opportunity and skill development, recognition and compensation, tolerance and flexibility, and embracing innovation and ideas. Companies received scores up to 100, and Houston Business Journal, upon receiving the rankings from Quantum, decided on a cutoff for The Lists.
