The Prime Minister will participate in the Change of Command ceremony for the new Chief of the Defence Staff. The Minister of National Defence, Bill Blair, and the Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, Ginette Petitpas Taylor, will also be in attendance.
