TORONTO, Sept. 4, 2024 /CNW/ – After a widely criticized decision by Premier Doug Ford’s government to prematurely close the Ontario Science Centre in June ahead of a permanent move, workers at the Centre – OPSEU/SEFPO members of Local 549 – have commissioned polling on the decision.
Workers and OPSEU/SEFPO leadership will provide an update on the current situation and new findings at a press conference on Thursday September 5th at 10 a.m. outside the Ontario Science Centre.
