Media Advisory – Deputy Prime Minister's itinerary for Thursday, June 20, 2024

12:00 p.m.

The Deputy Prime Minister will tour a school and discuss the government’s investments in the National School Food Program. The President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and Minister of Emergency Preparedness and Minister responsible for the Pacific Economic Development Agency of Canada, Harjit S. Sajjan, and the Minister of Citizens’ Services, Terry Beech, will also be in attendance. A media availability will follow.

Notes for media:

•  The media availability will begin at approximately 1:15 p.m.

•  Media wishing to film the tour are asked to arrive no later than 11:30 a.m.

•  Media wishing to cover the media availability only are asked to arrive no later than 12:45 p.m.
