InventHelp Inventor Develops New Flotation Launch Device Kit (BDH-373)

PITTSBURGH, March 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — “I wanted to create a way to quickly and effectively retrieve a person who may be struggling to stay afloat in any body of water,” said an inventor, from Wilmington, N.C., “so I invented the LIFE CANNON. My design would enable any person, even those who can not swim to safely rescue others in trouble within any body of water.”

The patent-pending invention provides an effective way to launch a flotation device into any body of water where an individual is in distress. In doing so, it allows responders to safely pull the individual to shore. As a result, it increases safety, and it could help prevent deaths related to drowning. The invention features a lightweight design that is easy to deploy so it is ideal for all first responders, lifeguards, water emergency medical rescue service providers (EMS), boat/watercraft rescue crew members, the owners of campgrounds, marinas, or lake/beach resorts, etc. Additionally, a prototype model and technical drawings are available upon request.

The original design was submitted to the National sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
