And it is not the end as this death toll is increasing day by day despite all the efforts and struggle made by the government of these countries in tackling the situation but it seems that these regions are heading towards the struggle which demands a lot of hard decisions.

Due to the lockdown situation imposed across these countries the natives should be prepared for the economic and social circumstances that come along.

Italy is the country that has the world’s oldest population and to protect them government should take all the necessary actions needed as Covid-19 Coronavirus affects more to older people.

With the increasing number of patients, hospitals are struggling in handling such a large outbreak with limited resources and are on the verge of collapsing.

Limited equipment supplies for testing, front-line medical workers protection, effective treatment of patients and limiting the spread of the disease are some of the major challenges that the authorities are struggling with.

Departments that need to be operational in dealing with the outbreak are struggling to keep the morale of their workers high to keep the departments operational as this is causing illness in the workers also.

Educational institutes are also closed during the lockdown period and have affected the system badly as according to Italian teacher “e-learning or online classes are no substitute to the real classes”.

Work from home policy is implemented in various departments but it has its limitations and circumstances.

Our message to these two nations is to stay safe and take all the precautionary measures before it is too late.
